This hotel suits me perfectly, providing free parking, indoor swimming pool, and a lovely restaurant. On my first stay, staff helped me with printing important documents. I highly recommend the friendly service and excellent facilities. I'll be coming back for a xmas.

The hotel provided an outstanding experience with its spacious superior double room, peaceful and beautifully landscaped grounds, and excellent dining options including a well-presented full Welsh breakfast with high-quality ingredients. The staff were attentive, ensuring all needs were met during our stay, particularly during our afternoon tea in the elegantly decorated Laura Ashley room.

WiFi was weak in the room, and the spa was closed for refurbishment during our stay.

i really enjoyed my stay at this lovely hotel, as it offered an easy walk to the nearby Llangybi Castle, just almost 2 km away, and beautiful park views that made my morning strolls so refreshing.

Had a fab time! The pool area is super nice, just takes a stroll outside to get there. The staff were really friendly and made us feel at home. The evening meals at the bistro were delish, especially the salmon! But the jacuzzi wasn't working, which was a bummer for spa plans.

The superior double room was clean and offered a peaceful setting, making our stay quite relaxing. The staff were remarkably friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. the bathroom showed signs of wear and could use a makeover, and cigarette smoke from the neighboring room seeped into ours, which was quite unpleasant.

It was just a great match for a couple of nights in Usk with good value for price. The comfy bed and lovely views made the stay pleasant after a long journey. Consider checking in as early as possible for better room options.

staying here was delightful, just like my last visit in usk. the peaceful surroundings and warm atmosphere exceeded my expectations. the spa was lovely and the breakfast was a highlight, especially the fresh pastries.
